Cancellation and Refund Conditions
1. If you place an order in electronic form on the website you are using, you agree to the following terms and the distance sales contract.
2.Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Remote Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / 29188) in Turkey and other applicable laws in relation to the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
RETURNS:
3. Returns of products that are not used are accepted within 14 days of purchase and can be sent back to the listed company address below. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for the return and plus an additional restocking fee $350. The amount paid by the Buyer is refunded to the original form of payment within 10 days of when the product(s) are received by the Seller. Restocking fee is deducted by Seller from what the Buyer paid for the product(s) at the time of refund.
4. The returned products must be delivered complete and undamaged, with the product inner and outer packaging and packaging style being exactly the same to ensure no damage will incur during the return shipment. If the product(s) are damaged, the Seller has the right to deduct the damage amount from the refund up to 100%.

5. If Seller needs to cancel the order and is not able to fulfill delivery, Seller needs to inform the Buyer via email provided with the order within 5 days of the situation and return any amount that might have been paid by the Buyer within 14 days. It is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer within 2-3 weeks.
6. In the event that a promotion or discount was used in the purchase the product(s), and the conditions change of such promotion or discount are impacted by the return of the product, the Seller makes the adjustment on the order total and reflects it on the refund amount to the Buyer.
7. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
The products of the Buyer, or specially designed and manufactured products which are custom-manufactured for their personal needs and which are not suitable for return.
Some products cannot be returned after original packaging is opened due to health and hygiene concerns; these include all products that include textile products such as side cushions for beds and cushions and pillows.
The services rendered instantly in electronic environment or the goods delivered immediately to the consumer, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage and storage devices, computer supplies, if the packaging was opened by the Buyer is not possible.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
8. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
9.
